Instructions
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a glass and stir until well combined
Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces
Slice the radishes and add to the salad
Wash and roughly chop the herbs and add to the salad
Salt the salad a little
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well
Notes
You could also use dextrose or stevia instead of the honey substitute, but the special honey taste of Honix simply makes the whole thing better.
